Acceptance of Terms
By using our bot and all associated services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to both Free and Premium features and outline your responsibilities while interacting with our platform. Continued use of the bot constitutes your full acceptance, and any attempt to circumvent, bypass, or ignore these rules may result in temporary suspension, permanent removal, or blacklisting of your server. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Failure to comply with the Terms of Service may result in legal action where applicable, as well as immediate restriction of access to all features. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you understand the rules, accept the consequences of violations, and consent to the enforcement of these guidelines without dispute.

Plans and Features
Our bot offers two distinct plans: Free and Premium. Free users are granted access to a limited set of core features that allow basic interaction and functionality, while Premium users unlock full access to all advanced commands, priority response times, captcha verification, and exclusive content or features that are unavailable to Free users. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, and access may be revoked if payment fails or if subscription terms are violated. While using Free features, you may experience limits on usage frequency, speed, or output size. By subscribing to Premium, you gain access to enhanced capabilities, but you are responsible for maintaining payment information and ensuring timely renewals. Any attempt to bypass payment restrictions or exploit Premium features without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent revocation of service.

User Responsibilities
As a user of our bot, you are fully responsible for all actions performed using your account and any associated servers. This includes ensuring that all messages, commands, and interactions comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. Users must refrain from harassment, spamming, distributing malware, exploiting bugs, or engaging in behavior that could harm other users or the platform itself. You also agree not to attempt reverse engineering, tampering with, or redistributing the bot’s code or content. Violations of these responsibilities may lead to warnings, suspension, termination of access, or legal action, depending on the severity of the offense. Users are encouraged to report suspicious activity and help maintain a safe environment for all.

Account Security
Account security is the sole responsibility of the user. You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are prohibited from sharing them with third parties. Unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials remains the user’s responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred from compromised accounts. Users should employ strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where possible. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately to prevent misuse or unauthorized actions. Maintaining a secure account protects not only your access but also the integrity of the servers and users that interact with the bot.

Content and Conduct
All content submitted, generated, or shared through our bot must adhere to strict guidelines regarding legality, safety, and appropriateness. Users must avoid sharing offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content. Posting, distributing, or attempting to share malicious code, exploitative scripts, or unauthorized copies of the bot is strictly prohibited. Misuse of content or commands may result in the suspension of features or permanent blacklisting from the service. Users are expected to exercise discretion, respect other community members, and maintain a positive environment. Repeated violations may escalate to removal from the bot and reporting to Discord for further action.

Service Availability
While we make every effort to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee constant uptime, and service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. The bot is provided “as is,” and we disclaim responsibility for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from downtime, delayed responses, or system errors. Users acknowledge that interruptions may occur and agree that the bot’s developers are not liable for temporary unavailability, errors in generated content, or delays in Premium services.

Refunds and Subscription Management
Premium subscriptions are non-transferable, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and managing subscription cancellations. Any attempts to manipulate subscription terms, circumvent payment processing, or exploit Premium features may result in immediate termination of access without refund. Users retain the right to request refunds under specific circumstances, such as accidental double charges or service failures, but such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to accounts or servers at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms of Service, illegal activity, or other misconduct. Termination may occur without prior warning and may include permanent blacklisting of the server or account. Users are advised to resolve any disputes through the appeal process, where applicable, to ensure fair consideration.

Use of Information
Collected data is used solely for operational purposes, including enhancing features, providing accurate responses, managing subscriptions, and monitoring service performance. It may also be used to investigate misuse, enforce Terms of Service, or provide tailored responses to user inquiries. We do not use this information for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or sharing with unrelated third parties.

Data Sharing
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data may only be shared with third-party service providers when necessary to provide core functionality, such as payment processors for Premium subscriptions or hosting providers for bot operations. Legal requirements, such as court orders or compliance investigations, may also necessitate limited sharing. Users’ information will never be publicly disclosed except where explicitly required to provide the service.

Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill subscriptions, or comply with legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, we implement secure deletion measures to remove all personal and usage data. This ensures that your information is not retained unnecessarily and minimizes the risk of unauthorized access.

User RightsUsers have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data collected by the bot. Requests will be processed in a timely manner in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Users may also opt out of certain data collection where feasible without affecting core bot functionality. Maintaining transparency and giving users control over their data is a central part of our privacy practices.

Security Measures

While we strive for maximum security, no system is entirely invulnerable, and users are encouraged to maintain strong account security practices. Security breaches will be addressed promptly, and any impact on users will be mitigated to the fullest extent possible.

If a web dashboard or analytics is used, cookies or similar tracking technologies may collect non-personal data to enhance the user experience, monitor usage, and improve services. Users have control over these technologies and may adjust settings to limit tracking where applicable.
